KAY SCHMIDT
FOUNDER & PRESIDENTFounder of CIS and a boutique consultancy in Switzerland. His professional background includes international management experience with the Freudenberg Group and service with the German Armed Forces’ Special Forces Command. These experiences continue to shape his work in trusted networks, strategic advisory and international relationships.
DR. PETER RASKIN
BOARD MEMBERSwiss-German banker and shareholder of Bergos AG, where he served as CEO from 2009 until January 2026. He brings extensive experience in international private banking, entrepreneurial ownership and the Swiss financial centre, having guided the bank through its transition to independence.
DR. MARCUS KIEFER
BOARD MEMBERFinance Executive with more than 30 years of international experience, including senior roles at KPMG and Philip Morris International. He is CFO of the private investment firm Obotritia Capital KGaA and, since 2025, has served as CFO of the listed company Readcrest Capital AG. He is also Vice Chairman of RC Industrie Immobilien SE.
VOLKER WEBER
BOARD MEMBERSustainable-finance pioneer with senior experience at the Deutsche Bundesbank, DekaBank, Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank and Swisscanto. He later served as Co-CEO and Chief Sustainability Officer of NIXDORF Kapital AG and is currently a partner at ISG – Private Institute for Sustainability and Impact Strategies. He also led the Forum Nachhaltige Geldanlagen for 15 years.
